Dropbox is a could storage service. A real easy service that lets you share your files online. You can just drag your files to Dropbox (which can be shown on your computer as an extra hard disk). You can than access your files from any where in the world. The only thing you need is an internet connection and you need to remember your password and username ;)

So if you need to access files on your work, which are normally stored on you PC at home, you can simply Drop the files in your box. You can than access the files at work, edit them and place them back in the box. Accessing the files at home again will give you the updated files, so you can edit the newest version right away. So you don’t need any more USB sticks (which are frequently lost and badly secured) no more burning of CD’s or DVD’s, which takes a lot of time and are also not very secure in comparison to Dropbox.

A lot of people still email files to themselved. Why not try Dropbox and see how you like that? There’s no more emailing and using your storage which you can better use for emails.
